Basic house rules
Pets are not allowed in all the houses, so please ask first and if it's available for your rental property it will have an extra fee of 50€ per stay. If the pets are not allowed, it can have a penalty up to 150€
The guest has to take the bin bags to the public containers (if in doubt of the nearest location,
please contact us). Otherwise, penalty of up to 50 euros.
As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchenware used by the guest clean (pans, pots, dishes,
glasses...) Otherwise, penalty up to 50 euros.
Since the cleaning includes general cleaning of the house, including bed linen and towel laundry throughout the house, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen, but does not include bin bag collection or cleaning of dirty utensils from the stay.
Under no circumstances is it allowed to exceed the maximum capacity of the house (visits, barbecues, birthdays, friends, family...). Under penalty of up to 300 euros depending on the case.
Parties are not allowed, understood by parties: meetings of people with a high volume with sound equipment; out-of-the-ordinary acoustic noise; or at hours between hours of rest (from 10 pm to 8 am).
The house is delivered clean and well maintained and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. As is the case of parasols, that if is windy remain closed, since in case of breakage will be charged of the deposit, as well as good use of the hammocks, chairs and other equipment of the house.
In case any appliance/accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that you can be aware of this fault and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to get the most pleasant stay of the guest.
Glass glasses of any kind are not allowed in the pool or edge of the pool, for possible detachments of glass inside the pool and future guest cuts.

Cancelation Terms
The reservation is confirmed with the following reservation form complete and the amount of the booking fee (quantity stated above) paid in full. If the guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the following terms apply:
- Cancellation requested more than 1 month prior to the first day of the guest ́s stay: a refund of 75% of the booking fee
- Cancellation requested in between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to the first day of the guest ́s stay: a refund of 50% of the booking fee
- Cancellation requested less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the guest ́s stay: a refund of 15% of the booking fee
