1 Bathroom Preciosa casa rural cerca de Frigiliana con excelentes vistas panoramicas al mar. La vivienda se compone de un salón comedor con TV de 32" y satélite, aire acondicionado y chimenea. Cocina abierta, equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas, mini-horno de pan, hervidor de agua, tostador y cafetera. Dispone de 2 habitaciones dobles con cama de matrimonio cada una (la habitación principal tiene aire acondicionado) y 1 baño completo con ducha. La vivienda cuenta con Wi-Fi gratuito. En la zona exterior tiene una terraza con mobiliario para disfrutar de las vistas, dardos, area de barbacoa, 2 piscinas privadas abiertas todo el año, 1 piscina de 5 m x 2.5 m y otra piscina pequeña de 1.6 m x 1.8 m, ideal para refrescarse mientras se disfruta de las vistas al mar, columpio, 2 tumbonas y zona de relax para lectura. Zona privada de aparcamiento descubierto para 2 vehiculos. La vivienda se encuentra a 4.5 Km de Frigiliana centro, a 7 Km de Nerja centro, y a 7.5 Km de la playa más cercana en Nerja. El camino a la vivienda es apto para cualquier vehículo, es un camino de hormigón.

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.

Parties are not allowed, meaning parties: meetings of people with a high volume with sound equipment; unusual acoustic noise; or at hours of rest (from 10 pm to 8 am).
The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. As is the case with umbrellas, if it is windy they remain closed, since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged, as well as good use of hammocks, chairs and other household items.
In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest.
Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.
The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.
The use of crystal glasses of any kind is not allowed in the pool or on the edge of it, due to possible detachments of crystals inside the pool and future cuts by guests.
Baby cot and high chair under request and under a fee of 35€ per stay.
