2 Bathrooms Brand new penthouse duplex on the beachfront in Duna Beach Complex. This beautiful 4 bedroom property has everything you need and more to enjoy a wonderful holiday with family or friends. The living/kitchen area is large, bright and airy with all the modern essentials you need such as Smart TV 55", dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and clothes dryer, free Wi-Fi etc. The property has two bathrooms, one main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom is ensuite, attached the the main bedroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. There are four bedrooms in total, hosting 8 guests. The first bedroom has a single pull-out bed which provides two single beds (the second bed is under request and under a fee). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and enjoys an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has two seperate single beds. All bedrooms have centralised airconditioning which is present in all rooms of the house. Next to the living area we step out onto a large terrace with a dining table and chairs plus an electric BBQ to enjoy meals outdoors. The spiral staircase will take you up onto the top terrace where you can enjoy amazing sea views. The upper terrace has different zones; chill-out area, sun loungers and even a bar area to sit and have a drink while watching the sun go down. There is a shower too which has hot and cold water. This property is perfect for enjoying outdoor space while being so close to the beach and ammenities around. The complex has a communal pool and lounge area which chairs and tables. There is direct access to the beach, leaving the complex and just crossing over the road, you are on the beach in less than 1 minute. There are amenities such as beach bars, supermarkets and shops near by and also a bus stop too. The property also has one parking space in the communal garage which clients are welcome to use.

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils used by the guest clean (pans, pots, plates, glasses ...) Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
Since the cleaning includes the general cleaning of the house, including laundry of the whole house, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen, but does not include the garbage collection service or the cleaning of dirty utensils in the room.
It is not allowed under any circumstances to exceed the maximum capacity of the house (4 people in this case). Under penalty of up to € 300 depending on the case.
Parties are not allowed, meaning parties: meetings of people with a high volume with sound equipment; unusual acoustic noise; or at hours of rest (from 10 pm to 8 am).
The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. Since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged.
In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest.
Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.
The towels and sheets of the house are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.
Baby cot and high chair under request and under a fee of 35€ per stay.
