2 Bathrooms Cozy semi-detached house in Nerja, very close to Burriana beach. The house has 2 floors; On the entrance floor we find a spacious living room with a 42" TV, chaise lounge sofa and air conditioning, a full kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, combi refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor we find 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning; 1 with a double bed, 28" TV and access to a terrace. In the second room we find 2 single beds. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. On the ground floor there are 2 terraces, a glazed terrace and another outdoor terrace. The house has a large communal garage space in the basement. In addition to community pool with garden areas. A car is not necessary, Burriana beach is 1.2 km from the house, and the center of Nerja is 1.4 km away. It is located in a residential area of Nerja.

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.

The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. Since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged.
In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest.
Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.
The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.
Baby cot and high chair under request and under a fee of 35€ per stay.
Extra bed linen and towels for the whole capacity of 4 people under request and under a fee of 25€.
