Modern apartment with stunning views of the sea, beach and city, where you can enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. The apartment has been completely renovated and has a spacious living room with air conditioning, 32" TV, as well as a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, combi fridge, toaster, coffee maker etc. It has 2 bedrooms with 28" TV and air conditioning in both, one has a double bed and the other room has a bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the terrace we find stunning views of the beach of Torrox, as well as the lighthouse, and the city. Due to the south/east orientation you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets listening to the waves of the sea in the background. The apartment has an underground garage space, as well as several communal swimming pools, one of the pools is heated (open approximately from October to May) and the other pools are outdoor (open from May to the end of October approximately) also has beautiful communal gardens to enjoy for a walk and communal tennis courts. No car is necessary as it is 30 meters from the portal to the beach sand and there are restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils used by the guest clean (pans, pots, plates, glasses ...) Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
Since the cleaning includes the general cleaning of the house, including laundry of the whole house, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen, but does not include the garbage collection service or the cleaning of dirty utensils in the room.
It is not allowed under any circumstances to exceed the maximum capacity of the house (4 people in this case). Under penalty of up to € 300 depending on the case.
Parties are not allowed, meaning parties: meetings of people with a high volume with sound equipment; unusual acoustic noise; or at hours of rest (from 10 pm to 8 am).
The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. Since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged.
In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest.
Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.
The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.
